5 stars: I bought this watch because I needed something simple and easy to: track steps, keep time, set alarms, and monitor my phone calls and messages without disruption. This watch does all of those things *and more. It did not have any problems after getting wet and has been incredibly helpful. It is very user friendly.
4 stars: So far it's been a very solid experience. The app is a little slow in syncing dials with the watch, but I would be an asshat to say the 40- 80 seconds I've had to wait really inconvenienced me in any way. It would be amazing to see the watch faces available changed out or updated on a regular basis, would add a lot of longevity to the product and overall experience.
4 stars: Please adjust the sleep information, so that we can change our sleep time. I don't like that the app assumes I am asleep until I use the app. I wake earlier, but cannot change the wake time to show that. It makes it difficult to know how much sleep I actually got. It should be fairly easy to make it so the user can change the time to when they really woke up. Otherwise, the app has worked well.
3 stars: Slow to sync from watch. I sometimes have to switch phone off and on before getting details. Lack of attention to detail eg heart rate: 'fat buring'. Can't this be rectified? A couple of times a day the watch buzzes and tells me it is -100°C and it's the 28th of the month. Then it goes back to normal. Why is this happening? I'm sure you will again fail to respond.
