5 stars: This Hair Salon is excellent in hair care , it's a very comfortable setting. The hair professionals here will definitely try to provide what you want for your particular hair , they are clean and very professional but you can have some enjoyable and laid-back and real talk as well. I Love the variety of music to listen to while becoming even more beautiful than I am already ! Tanya
4 stars: From a customer point of view, Booksy is a great way to make/manage appointments. The app is simple to use, offers all the needed functionality except for one minor thing I widh thet woukd change. I use a password manager. But I can't paste my password into the app. So I have to type it in to login. Minor detail, but would be really nice if that were fixed. (fix it, and this becomes 5 stars).
3 stars: The app is okay. Bare minimum. Please add functionality to alert the user if a spot opens up in any given day between a given time. The place I book is generally fully booked but last minute cancellations always happen. I sometimes want to be able to find that open slot without having to open the app 10 times a day. This would benefit businesses also
3 stars: Everytime I try to make a payment to book an appointment I run into an error saying my bank didn't authorize transaction or use another car. Then I sometimes get the error the app needs a payment method even though I'm selecting it. When trying to contact support the only options I have is a Google review or Facebook...
