5 stars: Helps me maintain my second language. Fun, hip, and with contemporary content. After repeatedly hearing the chimes at the end of each lesson, I can now sing the notes G-E on command. The translation exercises into my first language are the least helpful part. The
5 stars: Great app to make the first step. I started to use it 3 years ago and still do on daily basis. My goal was to be able to speak basic Spanish and not only I accomplished that but I continue to learn new words everyday. I love the competition games, they keep me moving. It's also nice to be able to set up a minimum goal for learning daily. I love stories and enjoy them. I find that it is missing
4 stars: Definitely a great app for language learning. Engaging, fun, and teaches useful knowledge. The only downside is just how much the free version has become steeped in ads lately. Watching ads used to be a choice to get gems, but now some of them are obligatory. However, the ads are not nearly as intrusive as some other ones I've experienced and do not take away too much from the learning.
3 stars: I'm not sure how long I've been using the app, but its been awhile and I am learning. BUT the app has some serious bugs. Hints are often wrong. Too many times to count, I've lost hearts with the RIGHT answer. It does not explain the verbs and pronouns feminine and masculine before you make a mistake and check out the hints.
