5 stars: The app is what Alibaba prefers you use. It seems to have all of the things that you have on the website, but it is fast to just click the icon on my home page. I havent had any problems using it. I am still confused how it all works. As I get to know the app features I am sure it will be easier. Warning.. Thanks
4 stars: I've been using this app for about a year now and had absolutely no problem. But I can't access the app any longer for 2 days now. My WiFi is working correctly for other apps. But Alibaba platform will not open no matter the effort I put in. Please help, because I have some things to order.
3 stars: It is very convenient to have the ability to source products at your fingertips. One issue I have been recently noticing is that the ap is not updating read and unread messages properly. Messages I write to my suppliers are showing up as unread messages for me. Very annoying. Lots of room for improvement and optimization.
3 stars: Poor, I started a photo business and thought I could buy stuff directly from their sight, like Amazon. This is not the case. There is no easy and secure way to pay for your products. Everyone I talked to wanted money orders mailed. My only payment options are PayPal or Credit cards. Fix this major issues and Alibaba would be an excellent global marketplace for buying products wholesale or in bulk.
