5 stars: Customer service is excellent. Very easy to book tours and hotels. Wouldn't really use for flights because booking on WeChat (here in China) is more straightforward, but for fast trains, it's great because this app offers transfers and alternative options. Overall a great app and very easy to use. Although the latest update has my app glitching, it closes within a few seconds of opening. Something to fix on the tech side
4 stars: it is a good, easy to use app. it's big weakness right now is that it has stopped trying to provide foreign travel outside China. it's booking of parks, sight seeing and other tickets also is limited. however, in China it is the best app I have found.

3 stars: Instead of a $25 hold like most hotel has, they asked us for a $390 hold. Our card wouldn't work during that time because it was a big amount and we didn't tell our bank we were leaving the state. It was a hassle for an hour but we made it in. Other than that we got it for a great price and it was a great hotel.
2 stars: Price drop alerts which are seemingly the most important part of a service like this do not work at all so you have to constantly open up the app and repeat all the searches.
