5 stars: It worked for me for 2 years using as a security cam. Besides the latest hiccup it's seemless but, the addition charge for the cloud then an separate charge for continued recording/AI is especially annoying and confusing to me. But that's just me. Try the free app and if you agree there ya go. Try paying a small fee for hundreds and thousands of recordings of you walking around your house in your undies eating cereal. Lol.
4 stars: The app isnt that bad at all. It allows me to run my two cameras (two does bog it down a bit) and use all their functions. I use SD cards which allows me to avoid cost for the cloud service. If i want anything from the footage I just download it before it overlaps. Which isn't a big deal in my eyes. For some reason it won't allow me to have it set for auto update through Google play. It's already set in app to auto update but it doesn't.
4 stars: The app is fine however I suggest there should be a fast forward option on viewing replays because it will help a lot to view some certain events. For example there was a crime happen last time in front of our V380pro camera however we can't view the certain event because we did not know what time it happens. So please fast forward option from 2x up to 32x is very helpful.. hope you hear us.. Thank you
