5 stars: So far I'm impressed by how good the prediction of the shipping date is as well as how fast the orders are shipped. I kinda just want some changes to make the UI cleaner though (like a uniform grid view when scrolling through the products) but overall, so far, no regrets making the switch from S**p** after they charged additional for top-ups.
4 stars: So far so good. After using the app for almost 5 months, I noticed a bug. The prices on google and on the app itself by the exact same product are not the same. This has got me confused and even fell for this all the time. Please Lazada get this fixed.
3 stars: Had more notifications for their promotions than the actual delivery of my ordered items, and it was pretty annoying checking while thinking each notif sound was about the product delivery. Great app and service though, has lots of affordable deals. User interface is kind of cluttered for the user menu, but I think that anyone can navigate through it after some time.
2 stars: The product and price are inaccurate. For example, I'll buy a Speaker, it shows that it was only 50 pesos, but after tapping buy now, it turns out that it was other product that cost 50 pesos. Please fix it. It always happen that I became tired of always checking what product I added to cart. Thank you.
