4 stars: I have had a good experience with it. the only things I am not impressed with is that the camera doesn't continually keep recording when someone is at the door, instead it cuts off while they're standing there. also I wish you could control the temperature is between a certain time instead of just a general time, like the previous app did. otherwise like the app.
3 stars: the video and pictures are clear but trying to talk to people through the app is a challenge seeing how it almost never works. I hav tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did nothing. Sometimes the notifications are delayed. it has said someone is at the door and I go look at the person has already left. This app needs a large healthy update.
5 stars: I needed security system for my house but keep seeing how expensive they are and the costs are all upfront. Vivint, on the other hand changed from it's bad reputation to good by keeping up the good product and offer financially affordable product. I've only used it for couple days, but the sales person was informative and tech was very professional. Cameras are crystal clear and seems to work flawlessly.
4 stars: Not sure why there's bad reviews here, the app works just fine. Arms/disarms, activate lights, doorbell, doorbell video all works fine. The only glitch I see is sometimes it takes a couple of attempts to view live video but I don't get many visitors so thats not a huge issue. Keep patching and updating the app and add more fun...
