4 stars: My only gripe is when editing a Facebook status update (or post in general), the text box doesn't expand/the editing options don't drop to the bottom of the screen. it limits how much editing I can do and I always find myself starting from scratch.
3 stars: message updates is extremely slow from device to device, sometimes they won't update on phone and have to check on a desktop computer. When it comes to caring for clients and having good response times it makes it difficult.
3 stars: I like that it combines my business page with Instagram. I dislike that I get notifications for messages and then the messages take a long time to finally show up when I open the app. I'll get a notification that I have a message but then can't find that message in the app u til hours later.
4 stars: sometimes has trouble opening via a news feed share. other than that, it does exactly what I need for business. no fluff. just get the job done
3 stars: overall it's easy to use and navigate. I have issues getting my new messages to appear so I can respond. I see a notification that I have one but I have to continually restart my phone to get the message to show up.
4 stars: the app works pretty well but every time I get used to it they move all the buttons and we have to start again. it does work reliably though
