3 stars: I liked the app but the fact that it gives the same mistake to a lot of people is so disappointing. Solution: what worked for me is going to Settings\u003e Apps\u003e Faceplay and delete all data, cache and everything. All! And they log in again normally. I didn't lose my account nor the subscription I already paid. Hope it's useful for you!
