3 stars: So after an update there's a bug or an error i guess... when i open the app it's just glitching everytime,all the song is fine but when you click on the library is just all the playlist got glitched so I'm not comfortable using it now. Please fix it!!
3 stars: Hi, @TencentMobilityLimited, I had just cancelled my subscription just like how the @JOOXMusic told us to cancel, however the app still states that I'm scheduled to pay for my subscription on January 09, 2022, but you had just announced that the won't be any JOOX VIP subscription as of December 31, 2021 and onwards, please I don't want to lose my money.
3 stars: It used to very good, but after Android 12 upgrade, I cannot control the music from phone's default controller in the lock screen or the subscreen (play, pause, next song)... could you bring it back?
5 stars: Cool. Been using Joox since the early time and its cool. But since the latest update, the loading and refreshing time took too long. Pls fix it, thx
4 stars: really good app. i can listen to some songs offline but there are some songs tht i try to find but i can't found them. other than that its a good app.
5 stars: Honesty, I prefer Joox more than Spotify. It's not that confusing and totally didn't spend hours trying to find a song there just to be greeted with another song from the playlist and having to wait for it to finish just to be introduced to another song from the play list that isn't the one I'm trying to find.
