3 stars: it's not a bad food app but could definitely do with an update it's been the same for years now. would really love to see more visual menu's bit I'm sure that's upto the restaurants too, also better tracking for the delivery would make it a lot nicer to use
5 stars: Great app for ordering food. Customer service has also been very efficient in the past. I had an issue where a restaurant had neither confirmed not denied my order for ages, and so I had to contact just eat to cancel my order and get a refund which was done without issue
3 stars: - you have to contact the support to cancel an order you've just made - The tracking is a mess, I'm sure it doesn't really track your order - Impossible leave a note to the restaurant to remove an ingredient
4 stars: Good selection of restaurants good service, but a little confusing how to find what you really what.
5 stars: Fantastic interactive menus that make an order so much more accessible than other sites/services.
5 stars: very good but order away is missing something when it arrives
4 stars: Good app, alot of choices. some places deliver cold food or missing items, but its not the apps fault
3 stars: lots of options available in person is not on the justeat app. my address is not available either.
