5 stars: Uber Eats has the best selection of restaurants out of all of my local delivery services (Skip the Dishes and DoorDash). They have a staggering amount of places to choose from. Also, the Uber Pass is great. I save so much money with it since I order food quite often. Saving on service fees and delivery fees really adds up and the Uber Pass ends up really paying for itself. Totally worth it
5 stars: Updated my review as things have been working well since I first reviewed. Orders come as stated. Great service and I enjoy being able to watch my order come. Extra fees are a bit steep and final tab is much higher than picked ng up yourself but I guess that's the way ordering online is now with all apps.
3 stars: The app is not bad but it doesn't let you search for a specific place and choose the restraunts around it unlike skip the dishes, which is kind of odd. The app is set to your current location only.
5 stars: Fast reliable service. Deliveries arrive in a timely fashion and in good condition. Also, the app is quite easy to use
3 stars: They have the worst customer service compared to all other delivery app. Cannot contact driver for missing 3/4 items from the delivery. All Uber did was a refund and $5 credit. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for my order.
