5 stars: Over the years the text app has become more reliable and honestly would have them as my main provider with the cost of a line compared too the big 3 in Canada and I'll pay the yeay service no problem it's the cost of less than a month of my regular providor just not sure of the coverage but definitely is a great app for kids too have so they can keep in touch with their parents and for people who may not be able too afford $79.99 a/month
3 stars: True free Wi-Fi calling app, I could drop my cellphone carrier. Not for mobile on the go use, but can be used simply by stopping at any free Wi-Fi hot spot all over the country. Droped to 3 stars as the app has become completely unreliable, stopped ringing, won't receive important text. Unfortunately my numbe quickly became riddled with scam calls due to an apparent vulnerability allowing call display spoofing
3 stars: Poor call quality. I've tried a few that are free and the calls with this one are laggy and they cut, so the other person doesn't understand well when you talk. The good this with this app though is it allows free texting. There are a lot of ads, which is understandable, because the service has to get paid somehow. But if you don't like to get anoyed with ads, their price per month is too high to be worth it (compared to similar apps).
