5 stars: Plex is the bomb. I still have a bit of a problem with the many benefits and additions ,but there's nothing that compares. I got the lifetime when it 1st came out. Just knew it was going to be special. BEST money I've ever spent. Just can't wait till the next upgrade or idea that they come out with. Started with a concept, a few ideas and W0W
3 stars: There should be an offline mode more easily. Everyone knows there have been happening interruptions with the internet since the pandemic started. There should be an (Offline Mode) withing the app working for Android devices, consoles, LG tvs. We have the local storage it shouldn't be force to watch the files with internet only.

3 stars: Since the last update, it won't play on all of my devices. I can pick movie/show, but when I press play it just scrolls, never starting. The one it does still play on, the audio cuts in and out. Frustrating!!
3 stars: Heavy on ads. Sometimes up to 7 in a row, with 3 the same repeated right after each other. One Spanish one in particular is annoying, as the volume on it is 3x louder. I'm in Canada, you would think they would now Spanish ads are pretty much useless here...
