4 stars: It's good that it finally has biometric security features specifically for users with advanced smart phones. Although a major issue now is that the contact list does not show up completely like before with the buy load feature. I have to key in the specific contact number every time which is time consuming and can be prone to mistakes.
4 stars: i definitely think there's been a lot of improvement with the app's functionality lately. i may be nitpicking but it still lags sometimes, although it is definitely offset by the fact that it no longer crashes on me. i now enjoy using the app more, and it no longer feels like a chore just getting its features to work smoothly.
3 stars: why does it always need to update every time you log in? it's not as convenient as it was before.. which is supposedly it must be convenient and advance because of tight competition with other apps that offers the same. always lagging. always updating. \ud83d\ude44 but thanks anyway coz it's useful.

And how can you update the app if you can't open the app (to replenish load) when there is no remaining data on my subscription? Useless updates when it's only about changing your covers.
