5 stars: My experience with Fi has been bloody great here in the sunshine state, but I also avoided much of the nuisance others rate based on because I buy 2 year old flagships in mint condition that work on GSM. (Like now I have a Galaxy S10e that I got for $200) I don't trust phones directly from the company.
5 stars: Update: Download works now! Thank you!!! Original: 10/28/21 Everything seems controllable in this app including other phones on the same account. My only real gripe is that the ability to download billing statements doesn't seem to function at all. It reports that statements have been downloaded but they're never found on the phone. Anyway you can get this function of this app working?
3 stars: Service wise? It's great. Speeds are lightning fast. International service is great in Europe, Latin America and the pacific islands. But it's severely lacking in voicemail management and spam blocking. It took me 2 hours to get to the voicemail in my message box because I get thousands of spam calls which leave 4 second long messages. Price is cheap however.
4 stars: I've had a good experience with Fi. I ordered my new pixel 5a got it within a reasonable period of time, couple of days. Just finished setting it up. I've not had an experience problem with the Wi-Fi or connectability since I have switched over to Fi. Overall I'm happy with Google Fi.
