5 stars: Grab Food and Express is now available in our area! So far, so good. App was hard to navigate at first but I'm getting the hang of it now. Tracking is real-time. Long distance merchants are a nice feature, it set them to an advantage from their rival apps. Ordered a few times already, and only once a rider canceled an order, I hope rider attitude is good here because I had no complaints on the other apps with regards to riders.

3 stars: Overall good. But I got canceled several time and notification is unnoticed. When canceled by grab could you some how make louder notification that could get my attention. After waiting an hour only to find out I was cancel. I know I didn't open the apps every few minutes.. But would love improvement..
3 stars: It is a great app all-in-one. But if you make an option to pay using NFC, I think it should make the app more useful because not many provider support that payment option. I also will consider to give 5 stars for the update if happen.
