5 stars: I went with Amazon as I love the company. The products themselves have been integrated with everything. My car now runs on Alexa for music and calls. Echo show and dots are scattered through the house. These products make it easy to create a smart home and automate life. And they are fabulously designed and fit with décor. So all good 👍
3 stars: The app is still shoddy. Sometimes it takes too much time load next or previous page when entering or exiting a section. Any action has a delay. Whether it be deleting an alarm from the list or setting a routine. The experience of the app has to be much much more responsive.
4 stars: I find this app very easy and efficient. I do like seeing what each option does when I get a new thing, device, app, etc. I wish I could set a sleep timer in the app. Even better set a standard sleep timer as I use the echo to read a book as I go to bed. Each book is a different volume so I usually need to tweak it a bit. It would be nice if I could use fractional number when setting the volume verses the slide.
5 stars: At first, I couldn't get past the first screen - Alexa app thought I was in the US even though it was just shipped to me in Australia. I contacted support who called me back and within 5 minutes they changed some device info so my Echo is in set as Australia and also waited on the call until I got it online and working. Great support.
