3 stars: Service needs improvement Easy to use app and great selection of restaurants, but the delivery service is increasingly getting worse. For most of my deliveries, I am the second person to have the delivery on the same run, which often results in cold food being delivered. Please at least add an option for priority delivery if you can't cope with the demand.
5 stars: I just moved to uae and i was really confused about ordering in and everything, deliveroo is honestly so user friendly and the best part is they don't take any extra delivery charge or anything the delivery is absolutely free and they will bring your food in the exact time what is mentioned like I ordered mcd just now and it literally arrived in 10 minutes. This is the best delivery app in the uae and I'd highly recommend it
3 stars: You need to include dietary info and have a way to communicate with the vendor through the app for a 5 star. Customisable landing screen would be great too. That aside, easy enough to use.
4 stars: Best food delivery service out there, I use it weekly! The only improvement I can think of is to ensure notes can be added to all orders due to allergies and dietary requirements.
3 stars: First time I used the app a cafe declined my order. If search results can tell you which places are not available right now than what's should be able to complete your order. Simple as that
