5 stars: Update: OTP is now being sent via app and SMS. That's the way to go. Good job! I just have one more issue with Paylater but that is being worked on by your support team and not a deal breaker at all. I just love how you can cash in via credit card in this app, no additional charges unlike Paymaya. It removes the hassle and risk of bringing out my credit card everytime I shop. Thanks Grab team for all your effort.

5 stars: Very useful app. Glad it is now available in our area. Have wide options to choose from. Have reasonable delivery rates. Had a hard time saving our exact location. But was still able to add my address by pinning our location.👍👍👍
5 stars: Very useful in times you need to satisfy your hunger or your cravings. My only comment is that when I tried the grab pabili.. it says there that the service charge is 200.. what if your specific purcjase is only 100? I think that's too much.. 100 service fee shoild be enough specially if close proximity. Thanks grab.
3 stars: Grab doesn't respond to my complaints anymore about wrong or incomplete items delivered via grabfood. Unlike before when their representative will call me right away and attend to my concerns and will contact the restaurant immediately. Unfortunately, now I am forced to coordinate with the restaurant myself. But overall, its a very useful app on other matters.
