3 stars: After my update, it is difficult to download sent pictures and videos in chats, it is difficult to view whatsapp status pictues and videos. I have not experienced this before the last two updates. Please fix this. Thank you
4 stars: Great way to connect your business to this social media but for ecommerce business, it is almost impossible to create your product Catalog for all your products. You have to create one by one and it is time consuming. This is a FB product, so if your products are available on FB or IG shop, it should be allowed to connect that Catalog on WhatsApp but it is not the case.
4 stars: Great App for Business. Really helps to reach many people. In built links to add website , social media accounts, catalog facility has helped a lot. Whatsapp Business user since past 3 years. Just a small request , Please Add Payment facility for business account as well, as most of the customers have Business number and not private numbers
3 stars: So far it's a cool app I would like to see the sticker option in status tag have options to use one's own or preferred image rather than the imogees and the others.... That would be cool.... So we can sell our products on our status with our own tags on them selected from our phones, .. Thanks
