3 stars: I make use of didi on a daily basis more than once a day and wish more discounts are offered for regular users. Also sometimes I pay extra waiting fees cause the driver is waiting at the wrong pick up due to the app not showing the exact address just the location pin. The app also creates issues when drivers are unable to read the app accurately when I book a ride with more than one stop.
4 stars: This app doesn't pick up my address so the driver had to wait in my road. The app could do better and should also be a bit more clear about the price because it gives a different price when the driver arrives at location, but the driver was very reliable and kind.
3 stars: Was bit odd doing the facial recognition. The app did not immediately process had to try several times before it actually allowed me to access request a ride.Other than that everything else was well. Thank you for the fantastic discount in my first ride.
3 stars: It doesn't show whether the driver is nearby or if he is already on his way.... Once you go out of the app you can never see the details of your trip..... Its confusing to be quiet honest but the driver was good and the experience
5 stars: The response when u book is quick and their arriving is on time, The rating is also excellent, so far I didn't have any complaints to lodge which is good. I'm actually impressed, I do hope it will continue. It's a pleasure driving with them,
