3 stars: Overall decent but needs improvement and old things back. Need a 2nd confirmation to end dashes. Should not be able to just push end dash by mistake when paused and lose a scheduled dash. Need ability to send pictures from our own gallery to text msg in app. This will definitely cut down on orders customer stated not delivered, when they were in fact delivered and proof is sent with timestamped/geostamped picture.
3 stars: App is ok, better then most of competition, but pay sucks. You take the time to drive your car, your gas and long 10 mile drives to make $2 or $3. It's an insult they allow customers to not tip at all. Min tip should be at least $3 so every delivery will be at least $5. They really need to make min tips a must regardless of the order. I order off doordash and never tip less then $5. Pay sucks and some deliveries are way too far.
3 stars: Just started dashing few days back and App freezes in the middle of a delivery, I restart my phone but still it was frozen. Luckily l had picked the order, so I had to navigate to the customer using the Google map on my phone. The App has been freezing on several occasions, please do work on it. Thanks
