3 stars: Services are usually acceptable, but 3 out of 10 times my food would arrive with lids opened, soup or drinks spilled the whole bag, or missing items. Their solution is usually to refund, not deliver the correct items again. Overall it is still better than food panda for its delivery is faster, but don't expect too much.
3 stars: The app works well and has been great for lock down, but the company take 30%-40% off the restaurant and the riders aren't treated great. Feel free to use this app, but once the restaurants reopen and the riders go back to being Waiters, we will go back to eating out, paying restaurants the full price instead of a delivery company, and cancel subscriptions here. If you do use this, tip the poor riders!
3 stars: decent app, however should allow for driver tip after delivery, and needs to work on a system for failed deliveries. twice I've had food delivered missing parts of the order and nothing was done about it despite making a complaint through the app.
4 stars: The concept is good and the food is delivered on time 80% of the time. But when there are delays in delivery, it is difficult to reach the customer service to find the reason for the delay. I have had multiple experiences where the food is already ready at the restaurant for pick up but the executive hasn't arrived. Its wrong to change the time of delivery without updating the reason for the same.
