5 stars: Easy set up, customer service is always helpfu, l I installed everything myself and the initial person that took my order gave me a great deal so overall very happy with it. gives me peace of mind when I'm away they have great sensors you can add all kinds of stuff to your system smoke detectors, water detectors, that goes on and on cameras. Etc.
5 stars: So far, I’ve had no problems with the app. I had the option of keeping me logged in for 30 days, but I do think I should have the option of staying logged in. Set up was easy and the only issue I’ve had was self-induced: I opened my patio door and was enjoying the cool morning air…then the alarm went off…lol. Really spiked my blood pressure, but I now know the system works great!
5 stars: I have to say that I've had simplisafe since the first gen. I was skeptical at first. How can you charge so little compared to the competition. I now have been with simplisafe for 5+ yrs and I am very happy with the system. There is no competition. Extremely happy with customer service and response times the few times our system went off. Never any issues. Definitely 5 stars!
