3 stars: Many times you cannot find what you need on the app and almost 100% of the time so wait times are wrong! Mobile ordering should be a lot easier and give the option to put two cheeseburgers and have customization for each one or put two drinks and pick the two drinks instead of having to add one at a time.
4 stars: It's nice to have biweekly reminders of the park, but the videos sent are too short and the content not as rich as I would like. The old Disney Parks Blog would be better during these times! Insider news on any work being done while the parks are closed, for instance: repairs, inspections, refreshing, etc... it's fun to know!
5 stars: This app is helpful for planning and going on a Disney World trip. I would like to be able to see park hours a year in advance to be able to better plan your vacation. Also would to see special event times a year in advance, for planing.
3 stars: 1 improvement to suggest . . . When your searching for things like dining for reservations. Anytime you go into a 1 venue to look at the menu, and hit the back button to go back to the search results . . . it starts you all over again. You have to put in the dates again, then apply your filters again . . . a save 'search criteria' would be a great addition.
3 stars: Reserving park entry is confusing. It will tell you no parks are available for a day but you can ask it 4 times and suddenly it is available. Perhaps a space opened and i was lucky? It just plays with your ...
