3 stars: Basically a good app with nice usability and helpful functionality and features. Biggest downer is the limited support: FAQ and help is really poor. No search mask in there app to look for information. No way to get support, even if you spend thousand euro a month on a regular basis.
3 stars: Since recently I need to login at PayPal twice when paying, getting my normal PayPal login screen (with the right email) but now a second PayPal login screen but with my email I'm registered at DB navigator, which isn't my PayPal email. Very cumbersome experience since this is happening during checkout
3 stars: When creating a new account with this app not all European countries are available.. App feels clumsy and not up to the current standard. I would recommend to rewrite it by someone who knows how to code...
3 stars: The apps fine, but the amount of delays is just sad how hard is it to put in a few spots where the trains can over take each other? I mean comeon with the same train having a 20 min delay every goddamn day you would think they would do something anything even if they just set that as the regular time but no I have to show up 20 min beforehand because they don't announce delays more than 5 min after the normal departure time
5 stars: Works really well, looks good. Even includes local busses and co., is the only way to get digital tickets for my local OPNV, I love how quickly I can get tickets without having cash on me
