3 stars: 8/9/2020 reinstalling again.please fix the issues. 8/7/2020 update,Ok most of the errors are better now (not great). Now its freezing up and when I am on line its asking me if I want to stay off line when it shows that I am on line. I am Loosing money because of these issues. Also need a way to select toll road bypassing.
3 stars: Recently this app has been hell to me, having so many issue with my rider as a result of app failure, I can't see my earning, can't see trip fare, repeatation of a single trip on history, can detect whether it cash or card, a whole lot that I can't explain, up till now, some trips are still processing, see my earning, last trip earning, what's wrong pls, feeling bad about u now uber🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔just watching
4 stars: Come on guys get with the program you fix the problem with the heat map and you create a new problem with GPS locking and lagging the last 48 hours You accept a ride and you can't even get directions I have to power my phone off and back on? Just to get the damn thing to reconnect Get with the program
5 stars: Few suggested improvements, 1- make the comfort and pet rides have a different notification sound, it is easy to miss the type especially while driving and accept the trip, e.g. some kind of woof for pet ride and sea breeze for the comfort 2- I don't need to see the entire route from the beginning, I prefer to have the map zoomed in and move along the route
