3 stars: Don't simply upload a new version. Tell us what is new and what bugs if any have been fixed. Check the GPS module in your app. It always gets the wrong location. The tracking page is another one. Most of the time it hardly moves and then there is usually a sudden jump from one point to another. Of late it's been displaying the following rather odd message : \
4 stars: It's the most user friendly app for restaurant ordering. There is scope for improvement in the groceries side but I understand this was cooked up hurriedly. I'm expecting an update soon. The additional charges are on the higher side discouraging orders and making me spread my orders across other apps. I would prefer to stay with swiggy, if it were cheaper than others.
3 stars: Terrible GPS function. Searching is difficult. It's been 5 months and groceries are still showing as food and stores as restaurants. And you need to mention what's new in every update. App used to be good, not anymore. I'm using competitor's app more these days.
5 stars: The app is fine in itself but when we log out of it once and try to log in later after a few days or even weeks being inactive it says welcome back but has some issues with sending OTP to the respective phone number, the timer is set for around 20 odd seconds but the otp txt never reaches in time, it literally comes 5 minutes later randomly. Please fix this otherwise the app is really handy
