4 stars: Very good and cautious drivers. Seats are comfortable and there are more leg room even when the seat infront of you is bent backwards to allow the person seating inside to sleep. My only problem is the charging of 4chfs for only cancellation even after 10 monutes of booking, i think it is a bit too harsh, else overall nice service!

4 stars: It's super easy to book with this app, but when you're trying to cancel your ticket, it's easier to do it online.
3 stars: A couple of times in Den Haag the bus arrived and left earlier than the time on the ticket, but aside from incidents like this, the price and the variety of journeys vs the quality of the buses are pretty good, often the best alternative of all other travel options.
4 stars: Seemed to lag after doing a checkout. Waited like 5min before anything happened. But once the ticket comes everything works.
