4 stars: App shows an advisory in notifications. When I click on it, I cannot see the incident until I login to the app. With 2FA on, it takes some steps and when the login does not work due to an incident, I cannot see the advisory at all. We should not have to login just to view an advisory activated from a notification.
4 stars: The app has improved it's UI, it's great but still not upto the mark. We still see old class tabs unlike other Microsoft apps. Microsoft is doing great work, I had promised for a 5star if The UI gets an Update but it's not so satisfactory, but will sure go with a 4 Star. Thanks!!!
5 stars: This makes the serious job of enterprise Microsoft 365 administration fun and easy. I can't go a day without this app for up-to-date notifications 🔔 and service quality alerts ⚠ immediately on my phone 📱. ❤️
3 stars: In short : Outdated I guess it does the job, but as others have said it looks horrible and lacks a lot of the functionality offered on the web admin console. One thing is love to see is rich formatted messages (this is also something the web admin center could improve a lot). In their current form they are a pain to read (\u0026understand), contain no useful links...
