5 stars: I just downloaded the app and so disappointed when I was asked to insert my card pin which i don't have. I use my account basically for transfer and others. I never needed the card for withdrawal. I have been using 737 but i forgot my password and i have been trying to create another to no avail. Gtb should make the app accessible even without having an ATM card. Thank you.
4 stars: I can't transfer to other banks because the button is not responsive. The transfer to gtbank button is also not responsive sometimes. The previous version I had worked perfectly until I had reason to update the app last week. This is frustrating.
3 stars: Digital grouping with decimal units appears to be missing on amount fields in this version. Without it lots of customers will accidentally type in 10000 instead of 1000. Please kindly fix this issue as soon as possible. So that 1000 will appear 1,000.00
3 stars: The finger print log in problem is not peculiar to Taiwo's device. I've never been able to log into my account since i last updated this app with my fingerprint.
4 stars: You guys should work on the receipt the graphics is to blurry and also one should be able to download the receipt over gain if app is existed. I can't always track back my transactions it doesn't work at all Thanks. I Love The App
