3 stars: Im. Bummed. I have constantly tried to troubleshoot all these error meessages. When it says parsing screenshot, it says Error parsing screenshot. Error..error....pleaseeeeee fix April 7 2020 update Thank you Snap for emailing me back. U helped me troubleshoot why i kept getting parsing error. It was my word tiles. I went back to original tiles and it worked. Yay
5 stars: After support helped me figure out the issue, app works great!! Awesome support team!! Never uploads the screenshot. I've done everything the troubleshooting suggestions say. Dont waste your time.
3 stars: The screenshot has no value with this app, all it does is give you the word that can be made with the letters in your hand it doesnt integrate the word into the puzzle or use the letters of the words already in the puzzle. It cant even be considered a cheat app cause it doesnt cheat in any way
