5 stars: Needs a list view for easier browsing (like Zillow has). It's inconvenient having to click the little blips on the map when displaying your area of interest. 5 stars: This app has been very helpful to see what's on the market with photos, videos, and/or virtual tours of properties, as well as property tax history and other helpful info. It's also been helpful in evaluating real estate agents based on the quality of the photos and descriptions they post.
3 stars: This app is rough around the edges. Searches frequently disregard the area I want to search in favor of whatever area it's currently displaying. This constantly happens when selecting a saved search, which doesn't make any sense. On the other hand, the app contains features the site doesn't have, like drawing a search area. In short, the app is useful but frustrating and sloppy.
5 stars: I have been using this app for years, and I love this app!! The filters for searching are very useful. It gives me everything I want to know about a property such as school ratings, sale history, and a breakdown of estimated monthly costs for the mortgage. It's great!
