4 stars: Great tool with a litany of functions that can assist team functionality. Nitpicking here but I'd like to be able to see more than four team members on a conference and also the ability to create custom backgrounds like in Zoom (branding!). Also the running list of chat items can be confusing to get use to.
4 stars: This works very well. The only major thing it's missing is a good multi user mode. I have 2 different accounts, one for work, the other for a personal project and the switching between the two is all but smooth! My second account is never remembered by the app. It's as if I have to start from the beginning each time. But it works! It will be even better to use on the surface duo! I can't wait.
3 stars: App is great for collaboration with Team Members, but we are all having one BIG issue. I reported this in feedback over a month ago when Read Receipts first came out and it has still not been fixed. If you are notified and the message thread is open in the background, the notification automatically dismisses itself so when you turn on your phone's display you do not see that there was a message sent to the group.
3 stars: The differences between chat and teams is dodgy, people in your teams are not added to your contacts. Notifications can't be managed to turn off some but keep others on. It's just not as user friendly as it should and could be. Being able to set a time for unavailable so it automatically comes goes back to available would be go...
