3 stars: Can only view the screen, not control it.. I have an amazon fire hd 10, i was trying to use the quicksupport version, any ideas? One thing i notice when it makes the connection at the top it says this device only allows screen sharing..maybe that has something to do with ehy i can onky see the screen and not control it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
3 stars: I'm using realme 5 pro mobile. I'm unable to remote control this mobile from realme \u0026 other brand mobile. I think all Realme device not supporting remote control. So please fix this problem as soon as possible.
3 stars: Used to be able to remote control my Sony Xperia 1 on Pie. After upgraded to 10, I can't control my Xperia 1 with my other phone anymore (on 10 also). When session activated, I only see a point shows up, clicking doesn't do anything. Any idea? Thx
3 stars: This app is used by fraudsters, I have experienced it myself, please download it only if you need it, don't download it if some Paytm, Amazon, your bank guy have told you to download this, this is a fraud that's being going on and the app devopers are doing nothing to prevent it
