5 stars: App works fast and flawlessly for me. I am on a Samsung Note 9 in Florida. It saves all my information, has everything I need for expense tracking purposes, and the notifications for all activities and receipts by email are great. I have experienced none of the technical issues as described by other users. No complaints here.
4 stars: The app is not always consistent reporting the area I typically park is not found. I find this glitch frustrating. Other than that, it is a most convenient way to park.
3 stars: The app is functional but could use some improvements. If service isn't perfect many taps show no indication that the app is loading. The favorite spots should take less taps, ideally be a one click buy experience. The app works, but could use some UX polish.
3 stars: The app needs way too often to update, almost every two weeks. However I don't think it provides auto update option. When I need to use, I need to do update the app in front of the parking meter and I almost got a ticket because of this.
5 stars: Has always worked just fine for me, parking around the Seattle area. You can extend your time without having to go to your car. Just double check the signs where you park for the fine details.
3 stars: It's alright. Being forced to buy parking by the hour is a pain. If you need 1 hour 10 minutes then you have to buy 2 hours instead. Even being able to buy half hours or something would be a big improvement.
