4 stars: AVG came installed on my Sony phone. I was familiar with AVG, as for many years before, I had been using them on my PC, back when I still ran one. For a free application, AVG does a good job. I would recommend AVG and state that the paid version (of which I had a free trial period for a year) is even better. Thanks AVG 😊 The only down side is: Too many adverts. That lost them 1 star.
3 stars: Great protection, but app constantly asks to purchase upgrade. I don't need app, but it is free, so I digress. I am sure if I purchased upgrade AVG would get 5 Stars. 02/25/20 Update: Lowered score to 3, and have uninstalled to reuse but free is clogged with ads to purchase for real functionality. I truly dont need anything more than free option.

5 stars: I have experience that my phone system isnt responding for almost 1 month, but as i try and try, it respond and immediately i delete all unnecessary apps and use avg protection cleaner, scan i always re scan and clean, and rrsolve found risk, now im using my phone as i thought i need to replace it,
5 stars: Have always used AVG free version and am happy with it. Recently they have been too pushy on converting you to the paid version upto a point. Apart from that am happy with AVG
