5 stars: Deserves a perfect five for every effort. This is an app that takes care of all the needs of a foodie person. Good work. Keep it up. I just have an issue. It only allows to rate restaurant on a scale of five- from one to five. Better if rating is available as 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and so on. Not every restaurant deserves five and at the same time four star is little less.
3 stars: Works fine...but there are few issues regarding it that I want to mention. There is no point in giving 40% off when you're gonna add more Rs.30-40 to the cart value..and then apply the discount. So eventually you end up getting only 10-20 Rs discount. Useless. Also I dunno why my phone hangs/switches off/glitches when I get call from the valet (zomato service line)..it's kinda creepy!
4 stars: It was really good till the merging of uber eats. But now, I've experienced a few glitches that i have not encountered before. Earlier, the location system was to the point and caused no hassle for me Or the valet. But now, even if I give the correct location, the mapping shows it somewhere else and it has led to some great confusion between me and the valets. Please do look into it and do the needful
5 stars: The Ul has improved greatly as compared to previous versions. Zomato's service has always been quite good. only the app had Made it very clunky and difficuit to use them in the past and so left many of its features orphaned by the presentation. They should be taken separately.
