3 stars: For the love of all that is holy... fix the issue with the filters. I specifically deselected showing me auctions and I still end up with 4-5 houses that are listed as auction in each town I look in. This has been going on for ages. Also others recommended, there should be a feature to hide houses. I see the same 30 houses that have been on the market for 1+years. If I wasnt interested then, I certainly am not now.
5 stars: An amazing app with, within a few minutes of our house being sold I received a notification that accurately showed the house pending, I was great resource for looking into. Buying and selling a house. They will even partner you up with a realtor and lenders all at no cost. I've been thoroughly impressed!

4 stars: My go to real estate app. Easy to search for places that fit your needs. I do wish they had more filters such as crime rate. Also when purchasing a home, Zillow has no way to tell you that you don't get the land on some properties and thus will have to pay a lot fee as well.
