4 stars: Great for me, even to use as an author trying to work out a story's plotline. Wish there wasn't a limit (though you get a lot for free) or that purchasing would be cheaper (as in, NOT a subscription). Thank you.
3 stars: My internet has no issues yet I can't access my documents at all! It's a good app but you need to fix your connectivity issues.
5 stars: So I did a free trial of the pro version, but just didnt use Lucidchart enough, so I emailed to ask if I could stop the trial. Ariel F. really killed it with the customer service and now it's all chill. Anybody with that good customer service deserves 5/5

Resizing is okay, but sometimes that compacted-ness could give it that organized feeling. The auto scrolling too, when resizing. I don't know, it felt off to me. Maybe too fast or sensative?
