3 stars: So glitchy! Basically never works the first time I open it, always need to close and restart. The matches are supposed to be available at noon, not the case. Also, the one week rule of chats disappearing is more annoying than helpful. Some weeks you just can't login every day to give you the opportunity to connect. Let me decide when I feel there is no connection.
3 stars: The chat feature is better than most and I am overall very happy with the service. The low stars are exclusively because when the chat function messes up, it messes up hard. Lost multiple conversations and got broken or jumbled responses. If the developers can make the chat feature a little more stable, this would be a 4 or 5 star app.
3 stars: I have to open the app first to get the chats sent to me or else, I would never know that I got chats from my connection. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in again. But still, the same issues still happen. Do I have to always open the app first to get my chats?
