4 stars: Very impressed with the simplicity of this app. I work in radio and plan on using it as my go-to interview recording/editing app. The only minor changes I'd like to see would be the facility to use the app in portrait mode. I'd also like to see the title of the file I'm working on on the screen somewhere and I'd like a 'close file' option at the top of the display alongside 'open' and 'save'. Apart from those it's great!
4 stars: Works great. Sound of recordings are very good. Could be a little. More intuitive as far as a few actions (select all, loop, etc) but once figured out, you'll have no issues. And the 'effects' menu is a very nice touch. It's great to check out the on the fly recordings with a touch of depth to them.
3 stars: Mostly great, but frustrating in important ways. Fine control of the equalizer is difficult ( maybe displaying the current value in a card while you hold down one of the sliders would help?), the noise reduction isn't very good, and most significantly the fact that you can't edit multiple tracks at once rules this out entirely for the podcast editing I wanted to use it for.
4 stars: It's a great Mp3 editting app. Gives easy to understand controls. The only problem I'm experiencing is that the audio isn't that clear anymore after editting one. Hope they fix this problem. Would be great to hear a little more comfortable music without the unclear sounds that mix with your speaker and headset.
