4 stars: All around good experience, my only critique would be that there is only one payment option through Google pay, it doesn't list PayPal or even just simply being able to directly use your card details, so you have to set up a Google pay account if you don't already have one. 4 stars: I absolutely love this app! This is great to order whatever food you're craving while you're at work, school, etc.! The only problems I have is that there isn't a huge selection of restaurants to choose from and there have been a couple times where my food has shown up 15-30 minutes late and nothing was really done about it. Other than that, it is great!!!
3 stars: Very convenient and easy to use UNLESS you have an issue with your order. In that case, it's very difficult to get ahold of customer service and report issues. It would be helpful if there were a way to directly message customer service through the app instead of having to work through numerous channels then eventually using Google to look up the customer service number because the help options the app provides are VERY limited.
