5 stars: Awesome and quick way to squeeze in some activity, especially for when I don't want to have to think about making my own workout. I love that keeps track of what I did and that it plays good music by default. I also loved that they accounted for 10 seconds of rest in between to help you get ready for the next move.
3 stars: I can't do any of the exercises, all of them involve holding yourself up with your arms, but I can't because I have a shoulder injury, it would be great, If you had some more options for people who aren't as fit. It seems like this is a work out app for people who are already skinny. And the beginner levels are not beginner at all.
4 stars: I love Down Dog apps! I love that they are constantly improving and I am excited to see this new one improve. A little bit of intro before the first move would be helpful and the transitions from side to side are really pretty quick without warning. I had to be watching my phone the whole time to stay on.
5 stars: Really easy to follow, some new, dynamic movements I haven't tried. It's easy to increase intensity or focus on a specific area. The music is fantastic as well!
5 stars: Really clear video, different levels available. I started at beginner 1 on my first go and it was perfect for me, got the pulse rate up and really enjoyable. Will be adding this regularly to my day.
