4 stars: I wonder where all the bad reviews are coming from?!? Because of them, at first I was afraid to use the app, but went online to order tickets. In order to download my tickets on my Android phone, I ended up having to install the app, which was not a problem at all! My only complaint is the 2 extra fees, which amounted to $32.94 for 6 tickets, but I think that was less than some other ticket sites.
4 stars: This isn't a bad app when it comes to finding your wanted tickets! It's pretty easy to navigate, but a little confusing when it comes to trying to get your tickets printed. But once they're printed, they're printed. Expect to spend about 50$ in fees for at least 2 tickets, this isn't horrible but seems kinda steep to me.
3 stars: Two issues with this app: 1) sends out a crazy amount of notifications with no way to disable them 2) it only lets you select certain cities to search. When selecting Use My Location, it will connect you to the closest 'big city' on their list even though it isn't where you need to search.
5 stars: Great experience with their customer support. We had purchased some tickets to a Coyotes game it had our transaction processing and the seller hadn't released the tickets yet. I called customer support and they got us better tickets without any additional charge.
5 stars: Great app. All the tickets I need and never an issue. Let's you know when your event is available. Use it often without concern.
