3 stars: I love The Wall Street Journal, but I am not loving the last upgrade to the app. I still get the alerts I have chosen to receive, only now they are overlaid with an error message so I can't read the middle of the screen. I sought help, but the problem persists.
4 stars: I enjoy the app, easy to navigate and main articles are easy to find. I would love to see them add the Chinese edition like the website. The app already supports Japanese, not sure why Chinese hasn't also been added...
5 stars: Best news source, very unbiased. It tells me what actually have in the world, rather than scraping the bottom of the news barrel, and twisting a story to one side's favor. I'll see one article in the opinion section slamming Trump, then the next day I'll see an article in the opinion section slamming Biden. Out of five stars I would give it ten.
5 stars: Good app, great content. Almost the only sensible, decent newspaper still in existence, probably because they have a secure, stable readership base that does not require catering to the crazies on the fringes.
5 stars: Have had a paid subscription since 1996! Would like to see more conservative writing other than the opinion page. Thank you for your hard work and being the leading newspaper in the country! (No more NY times)
3 stars: App keep saying content is unavailable obstructing my content which is available. Customer support unhelpfully told me to update my app. It's already updated. The floating error...
