4 stars: 12th Nov. Dear Jio team, after updated other things along with some midofication in device. Issue reslved but its slow then before and it takes some time to connect to network. Thanks for reach me out. Regards! Very bad experience after installed this version. Old version was good. No button or image for disconnect the call for end call. Please check and help so we can use this version otherwise not for use
3 stars: Video call does not work with latest update to 5.2.6. Customer care people did not help, rather they said my device is not compatible, but after downgrading to 5.2.2 it worked. Not sure why you developed new when the basic feature does not work and the customer care people need to respond with authenticity.
3 stars: After updating this app it takes so much time to get online every time I enable data on my phone ... please fix this bug and provide another update as soon as possible... it's been really irritating. I hope to get helped.
3 stars: First of all it works but after some time when I turn on my network Jio 4g it shows connecting but it remains on connecting and it does'nt connect and when I uninstall this app and install it again, it works..... I am just confused of this app but we can trust and download this app and it works for sure my device is Asus Zenfone 3
3 stars: I am using jiacall app for 4 months....there is no problem with it..but now i got a problem...when i on my mobile data it shows jio4g is stopped..report or stop.......
