5 stars: I love this app! It helped me to find my new home when it didn't show up in my portal due to the square footage being incorrect. If it wasn't for this app, I would have missed it because the house ended up being the exact sq footage that I was looking for!
5 stars: I was taken completely by surprise by how easy it is to use and how much more in depth it was over all, even compared to other apps. Ive only had it for a few minutes and its found more of what ive been looking for in other apps and websites with ease.
3 stars: Pretty good . It's a bit clumsy till you get used to it .My only gripe is that I can't set it to text notifications to my phone. Rather than email . I only read my emails daily and missed a bargain because of it!
4 stars: Nice interface. Easy to use and pleasant and useful way of searching. However, lacking in being on the ball about what houses are on the market. Many houses that show up on other apps don't show up on Realtor which means it's not the only app you need.
5 stars: Allows me to research homes in areas we're interested in relocating. The photos give insight into what the house looks like, the property tax is revealed in the mortgage amount, the calculator let's you adjust figures, etc. I prefer this app over the other because of these app features.
